1 Definitions

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered ph769 account. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph769 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all associated balances upon discovery of duplicate accounts, without prior notice.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph769 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated for two-factor authentication. ph769 will never, under any circumstances, ask you for your password through live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to ph769 support immediately.

3.4 Self-Requested Account Closure

ph769 reserves the right to request proof of payment — including screenshots or transaction reference numbers — for any deposit. Deposits that cannot be verified may be temporarily held pending investigation. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name; deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited and will be refunded at ph769's discretion.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To make a withdrawal from your ph769 Wallet, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a clear selfie; (b) a verified payment method matching your registered account identity; and (c) a Wallet balance that meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold after any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds are satisfied.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

ph769 targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests, measured from the time the withdrawal is approved following compliance review:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.4 Bonus Expiry

7 Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 General Betting Rules

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules and accept the outcome as final.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software defects — ph769 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the respective Players' Wallets. ph769 does not accept liability for losses or missed winnings caused by technical disruptions that are outside ph769's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed on the ph769 Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. Errors made by the Player in placing a bet (including incorrect bet amounts or selections) are the Player's sole responsibility. ph769 will only cancel bets in the circumstances described in Section 7.2 or where a manifest error by ph769 has occurred.

7.4 Manifest Error

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph769 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Cheating Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage;
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or systematically exploiting bonus terms;

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph769 arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents ph769 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
